The Labor Warranty is for a period of 30 (thirty) days only. Labor warranty applies only to the repairs and/or services described in the invoice.
Labor charges are not refundable. Following the completed repairs at the customers location or after delivery of the new appliance(s), turn on the appliance(s) to see if it/they is/are operating to your full satisfaction. If additional service is required after the technician has left the customer location and he must be “recalled”, an additional charge will apply. If the diagnosed problem is new and is not part of the previous service call, the work done will be under a new service call fee.
The Parts Warranty is according to the parts warranty provided by the parts manufacturer. Most parts fall under a 3 month warranty however once in a while parts carry a 30 (thirty) day warranty.
If the replaced parts fail during the warranty period, they will be replaced without an additional charge for the parts. Customer will pay for labor and handling costs incurred to replace such parts. Only parts listed on this invoice are covered by this warranty. If any other parts break due to usage, age, or any other reason beyond our control, they will be replaced at the regular price of material and labor rates. Clearing of clogged drains is guaranteed for ten (10) days only. There is no warranty on replacement of plastic or glass shelf support basket slides.
